Executive Officers

Mr. Batten was elected Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2013. He has been employed by Twin Disc, Inc. since 1996 when he joined the Company as an Applications Engineer. He has since held the positions of Commercial Manager – Marine; Vice President and General Manager, Marine Products; Executive Vice President; President and Chief Operations Officer and most recently President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Batten became a director of the Company in 2002.
Mr. Batten earned a BA in History from Yale University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado-Boulder. In 2004 he completed the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Batten is a member of the Board of Directors at Charter Manufacturing and at Walker Forge.
Mr. Feiertag was appointed President, Chief Operating Officer of Twin Disc effective May 1, 2019. In this role, he has responsibility and oversight for the functions of Operations, Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Engineering.
Prior to his appointment at Twin Disc, Mr. Feiertag was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bemis Manufacturing Co., a privately-held manufacturer of plastic products for a wide variety of industries. Immediately prior to leading Bemis, Mr. Feiertag was Executive Vice President at Twin Disc, and previous to that, held a variety of positions at Rockwell Automation.
Mr. Feiertag earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA from Marquette University. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Equix Inc. and at Lake Express.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Knutson is responsible for the financial leadership of the organization including developing financial strategy, overseeing the capital structure of the Company, reporting and certifying the Company's financial information, and investor relations. He also holds the position of Treasurer, in addition to his role as Vice President - Finance and Secretary.
Prior to his employment at Twin Disc, Mr. Knutson was employed by Tower Automotive - Milwaukee Division as Controller and also held various financial positions at several divisions of Invensys, Bucyrus International and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Knutson has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin.

Mr. Bratel has responsibility for the Company’s global Sales, Application Engineering, Aftersales and Service, and Product Management functions. Since joining the company in 1987, he has held numerous positions including: Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, Director of Corporate Engineering, Vice President of Engineering, Vice President Americas, and Vice President Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Bratel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Promoted to Vice President - Corporate Engineering in January of 2015, Mr. Gee directs Twin Disc¹s Global Engineering strategy. Since joining the Company in 1990, Mr. Gee has spent his entire career employed by Twin Disc. He has held several positions including: Experimental Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer and Director of Engineering.
Mr. Gee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Lawrence University.Ms. Lange joined the Company on August 4, 2015. As Corporate Controller, she is the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, is responsible for compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley internal controls, SEC Reporting as well as internal financial reporting.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Lange was Director of global accounting, reporting, and special projects at Sealed Air Corporation and Diversey, Inc. She started her professional career in public accounting.
Ms. Lange has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS Accounting, magna cum laude, from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
Promoted to Vice President - Human Resources in 2004, Ms. Wilcox directs Twin Disc's global human resource function. She joined Twin Disc in 1998 as Manager, Compensation & Benefits and became Director of Corporate Human Resources in March of 2002. Prior to joining Twin Disc, she held positions at Johnson International as well as Runzheimer International.
Ms. Wilcox earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside.
